Palisade Peach Salsa Recipe

Fresh salsa made with Colorado’s juicy Palisade peaches and other fresh ingredients makes a perfect late summer snack. Add a bag of fresh tortilla chips and you're ready to go!

Here's the recipe:
  • 4 Cups Palisade Peaches (about 4 peaches), chopped

  • 2 TBS Cilantro, finely chopped

  • 2 Jalapeno Peppers, finely chopped

  • 1/4 Cup Red Bell Pepper, chopped

  • 1/4 Cup Red Onion, chopped

  • 1 TBS Lime Juice

  • 2 tsp Olive Oil

  • Pinch of Salt, to taste

  • Pinch of Black Pepper, to taste

  • Pinch of Cayenne Pepper, to taste

Prep Time: 15min
  1. Wash and chop all fruit and vegetables

  2. Combine vegetables with chopped peaches and remaining ingredients, and toss to combine evenly

  3. Enjoy with your favorite tortilla chips!
